I received fantastic care from Mr Sunkaraneni, Tanya and the team at the Nuffield. Having met Mr Sunkaraneni for my initial consultation whereby a tonsillectomy was the outcome, I felt very relaxed and confident with Mr Sunkaraneni doing the procedure. He was approachable answered any questions and put my mind at rest on the day of the procedure. The Nuffield team that cared for me were also fantastic.

Both of my sons have been under the care of Mr Sunkareneni and I have been very happy wit the care that they received. He was always friendly, took the time to address the problem at hand, no matter how much time it took! He was very good with my children and addressed them directly whenever appropriate to understand how they were feeling. We have seen him in both the private and public setting and apart form the environment, I would say that there is no difference in his manner and professionalism.

I had very bad experience with Mr. Sunkaraneni. He did not listen and ignored my symptoms. For most of the consultation he asked me questions not relevant to my condition. He was more interested to find out the name of the person operated on me previously rather than listening to me and offering the solution. I came out from the consultation without resolution and had to seek second opinion via private route (i.e. not NHS). I had to wait 6 months for this consultation. I will not recommend him.

Mr San Sunkaraneni and his Secretary Tanya were both excellent in communicating and delivering excellent service through our private health care. Each consultation was personalised to our own experience and needs; we felt listened to and understood after a difficult journey previously with the NHS. Mr Sunkaraneni took into consideration all our concerns and decided on the best possible procedure for our 3 year old son. My son was extremely anxious at first but Mr Sunkaraneni gave excellent care and was extremely good in making my son feel at ease during appointments and his procedure. As were the nurses at the hospital that we had the procedure at. The aftercare has been good and my son has recovered well. Highly recommend.

I have had many polyps operations over the years with various consultants all which were unsuccessful, some done very badly. I did research and found San and I have ti say it was life changing, my smell, taste and nasal well being came back, great post operative care and a few years after things are still good. I would not hesitate to recommend this consultant.
